Remote Control Customer Insights

1. Also it only will work when I am connected to our 5G wifi and if that signal gets weak our system defaults to regular wifi and the app doesn't work (it to me a while to figure it out) highly recommended!Your Play Store screenshots show a pop-up alphanumeric keyboard.

2. I lost my remote for my TV, didn't have a way to do anything on my tv, and wanted to play my switch.. Couldn't change the input or volume, so I was stuck with the world's loudest static, and uh.. I got desperate, haha.

3. I like my remotes to be silent... there's no way to Turn Off the haptic feedback vibrations. The remote works great.

4. The TV that I have only works with a remote and I have been waiting for this cheap piece of plastic to break and leave me with no choice but to buy another TV.

5. 10/10 app and I totally recommend it:)The remote app would be great except for two small problems 1) The ads cover up most of the app display so you can't use it properly.

6. It does everything that the remote does and it does it every time.

7. 2) When you can actually use the app as a remote control the "constant vibration" on every touch and selection of the app controls is really annoying.

8. It's a great app for anyone that needs an online remote app.

9. I am often disappointed with a lot of apps and seldom an I completely satisfied however, this time they did a really good job 😊😊😊The ads on this app are atrocious.

10. If you don't have an iPhone and your remote is dead it's definitely worth it.

11. The app takes a minute to find the tv each time I open it, and it times out.
