Used the app to order delivery waited over 2 hours, called the restaurant to find out the status of the delivery just for them to tell me they where out of the food I wanted call Qmenu to get my refund a lot of running around and back and forth, there message system was off line all in all will not use again or recommend.Just a total garbage app.

Thank you!I ordered through the app, food was "confirmed", get a message 30 minutes later saying there is no driver, so they gave me the option of changing from delivery to carry out and I go to pick up 25 minutes later just to find it wasn't even confirmed with the restaurant, waited again for my food.

3. A middle man app that does nothing, you're better off calling the restaurant directly and picking it up yourself.I placed a delivery order, selected a 15% tip and entered my CC number.

4. If the restaurant you order from is "actually" using this it's really convenient.Unfortunately I can't use this app as my billing address for my payment method (CC) is not in dropdown list.

9. The only number this app provided was for the restaurant, who claims not to be affiliated with the delivery driver and there is nothing I can do about it and no one else I can contact to see this issue resolved.

1. Fix qMenu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart qMenu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the qMenu App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "qMenu" » Open qMenu » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for qMenu » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear qMenu app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from qMenu servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "qMenu" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check qMenu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, qMenu might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall qMenu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall qMenu then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing qMenu not working

2. Fix qMenu Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make qMenu be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to qMenu not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, qMenu may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
