Why should I report an Issue with Coloring Book+?

1. You cannot save the progress, only the image to your phone's gallery.Lots of great pictures to color but it can't seem to load in landscape, can only use it in portrait view with some of the screen getting cut off.It's just for children, i don't know why I thought this would be for adults as well, it's a little too simplistic for that.

2. Oh and to anyone whose thinking of getting this game, GET IT! It will bring a smile to your face and I'm sure alot of people will find it very therapeutic 😊It says in the description there is an import image function so you can load your own coloring book pages but I guess that feature no longer exists or i cant find it anywhere within the app.

3. Wanted to love this app but cant without that feature.HOW DO YOU USE YOUR OWN PICTURES TO COLOR IN THE APP??? There is nothing saying you can COLOR anything but pictures already in the app.... Take a photo of any coloring page (or download one from internet) and color it in the app - use Export feature from your Gallery / Camera app.

4. This is just what I wanted to help relieve stress.Pretty good, but should have the crayons used highlighted or something so you can find them easily and make sure you're using the same exact color.

5. It doesn't save custom colors or allow for color copying so if you need to repeat a color good luck getting the same oneCould be better.

1. Fix Coloring Book+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Coloring Book+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Coloring Book+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Coloring Book+" » Open Coloring Book+ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Coloring Book+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Coloring Book+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Coloring Book+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Coloring Book+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Coloring Book+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Coloring Book+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Coloring Book+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Coloring Book+ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Coloring Book+ not working

2. Fix Coloring Book+ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Coloring Book+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Coloring Book+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Coloring Book+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
