Why should I report an Issue with BreweryMap - Find the Source?

Whether you are looking to try beer from the newest brewery in your hometown or taking a road trip to somewhere new, let BreweryMap be your guide. - Search by location, brewery name, beer, or scan a beer's UPC code. - Filter by only the location types that you're interested in (micro, macro, brewpub, restaurant, etc.

1. Pointless to have an app that is meant to plan road trips yet doesn't do the one thing it's meant for.We used this to find new breweries we hadn't visited when visiting a nearby town.

2. It would be nice to have my visited breweries in a different color on the map and a separate map showing all visited ones.It should populate breweries along your route when you put in a road trip, but it doesn't.

3. It keeps telling me there are no results to show.Unable to make a road trip of breweries.

4. When I open it all I get is network error I used it all the time but...I have Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times with no success😓Can't get it to actually create a road trip.

5. Still doesn't list newer breweries even after being around for a year.

6. Make sure you call and verify any breweries you find are still there! Locations and availability are NOT kept up to date! We wasted about an hour that day.Great so far.

7. This should be removed from the play store.I paid $1.25, opened it... Looks like it hasn't been updated (in my area anyway) for a good 5+ years.

8. Lists breweries that are gone or if brewery moves still shows old location even after a year.

9. App displays "network error" when opened, and doesn't load.

10. Listed a brewery that is defunct (2018), and no listing for the ones that opend in the last few years.

11. Was using it up until May of this year and now all it says is network error.

1. Fix BreweryMap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BreweryMap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BreweryMap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BreweryMap" » Open BreweryMap - Find the Source » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BreweryMap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BreweryMap - Find the Source app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BreweryMap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BreweryMap - Find the Source" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BreweryMap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BreweryMap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BreweryMap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BreweryMap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BreweryMap not working

2. Fix BreweryMap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BreweryMap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BreweryMap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BreweryMap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
