1. A bunch of scammer with bad service ! I bought a round plane ticket this morning and I made a mistake with the destination and now they don't want to modify or give me my money back ! I call tuifly and they say they can't access because the go voyage is blocking my ticket and then I call Ryanair and they say the same thing and go voyage says it is the airline companies that have access ! Don't use this website or this app unless you want to try being robbed / scammed !My experience with Go voyages was horrible.

If you want to be disapointed, well Go voyages will so much!I used the application 3 times losing money and never answer solving tge problem..my membrrship is prime..but i tried to ask for the boarding pass, they redirected me to rayanair, rayanair refused to solve or help...i need a ticket or my money back..if any one knows how to file a case against the application..i lost both, money and appointments..my life been destroyed.

STAY AWAY!Big Time SCAM, I found a ticket at 45€ + an extra bag in the cabin +20€, no other services and/or insurance, total 65€, all good and dandy, but at the billing page it jumped to 120€ and 85€ prime so I went straight to vueling airlines and i book my ticket for the same flight at 59,95€ with same extra bag in the cabin.

4. One week after the cancellation of my trip, I still didn't get any written confirmation concerning the refund and they charge extra money for their line call... COMPANY TO AVOID 1 and half year later, the company still didn't reimburse the flight they canceled, i lost over 10h and dozen of calls and mails for nothing already.

5. I am a prime member of go voyages, and i missed my flight , so automaticaly my flight back got canceled , my ticket was refundable , not fully but it was , but they refused to refund me although the airline itself told me it is possible.

6. Could be the last time! Imagine being somewhere without data to reinstall the app and having no access to boarding passes.Terrible service, my flight has been canceled and it is a nightmare to get my refund.

7. Prime membership = 65€/year 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😂😂it screams at me SCAMVery disappointed with this app, they credit money without telling us.

1. Fix Go Voyages Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Go Voyages: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Go Voyages App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Go Voyages" » Open Go Voyages: Vols et Hôtels » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Go Voyages » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Go Voyages: Vols et Hôtels app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Go Voyages servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Go Voyages: Vols et Hôtels" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Go Voyages app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Go Voyages might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Go Voyages. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Go Voyages then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Go Voyages not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Go Voyages be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Go Voyages not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Go Voyages may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
