1. I expect improvements ASAP.Worst software, no return tab, one cannot take screenshot to share, horrible experience, earlier version was better, no web check link available on software, always ask password even it is saved ,,,The new version is pathetic! It's beauty without brains! :( Who needs all the jazzy looks, with no functionality! Especially the ones that was available in the previous version.

2. It's blocked by the app itself who suddenly realized there is an update and forces you to do that first! Excuse me, I’m on a data roaming plan in a foreign country and pay 12€/MB and you force me to update this app of 87MB? That’s one expensive message… I can only conclude this app hasn’t been made nor tested by people who actually travel.

3. I need to send itinerary quickly for car service and colleagues and this app doesn't allow it.Lacks Basic Functionality.

4. Don't waste ur time; uninstall.This new version has terrible navigation, no fingerprint ID to open, and no longer automatically loads booked travel.

5. I wasted time confirming that my trip is correct but the app doesn't know where train stations are.

6. Bring back the last version, please!I installed this app for an upcoming train trip.

7. If you have any planned corporate trips better chose different application.Ok app but no way to share itinerary unless you email and the security restrictions won't let you take screen shots.

8. You don't have the traveler's name or the booking reference shown in the app, this was handy for airport entry and a quick reference at the kiosk for boarding pass and web-check-in.

9. I'm on an S9+ now with Android 9/Pie, but it did the same thing with Android 8/Oreo, and also on my earlier S7 Edge with Oreo 😫😫😫Unfortunately this app has some issues, actually it won't show you the information when you need it.

10. The previous version was so very useful...now im using a comination paper info and the airline ap.

11. Doesn't sync with my authorization like the previous version.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TripSource Issues

1. Fix TripSource Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TripSource: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TripSource App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TripSource" » Open TripSource » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TripSource » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TripSource app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TripSource servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TripSource" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TripSource app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TripSource might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TripSource. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TripSource then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TripSource not working


2. Fix TripSource Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TripSource be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TripSource not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TripSource may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
