1. it is literally like coloring a page...you need to select basic colors i.e. blue, red, black etc but nothing like real hair colors.

2. I mean what else can I ask for? It's a really good app 👍👍👍 keep it upeh..... tried to color my hair to see what ash blind would look like.

3. Everything almost too real, eye editing focuses on the eye lens very well, hair editing looks very real.

4. You can’t even do all the hair as crop cutting off stuff, and doesn't have any option for full photo.

5. I can't do anything to hair because mine is dark brown and the eyes look unnatural and there's too many ads.

6. BUT OMG THE APP HAS SO MUCH POTENTIAL!!! It has the potential to easily be a 5 star app, so keep trying guys!!!It's great, but there is one thing I really want you to add.

10. I guess u could use it to see what you could look like with pink or red hair? not impressive.

11. Buttons do need to be labeled though, and the app needs to not reorient the pictures when you take a picture, or at least orient it correctly.

1. Fix Sharingan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sharingan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sharingan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sharingan" » Open Sharingan - Eye And Hair Color » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sharingan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sharingan - Eye And Hair Color app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sharingan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sharingan - Eye And Hair Color" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sharingan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sharingan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sharingan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sharingan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sharingan not working

2. Fix Sharingan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sharingan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sharingan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sharingan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
