1. so i think that if she has written so this app my be very good but when my app was fully loaded then i see that it is only showing the pictures not telling by video or by steps.i was thinking that this app may tell the steps to do this type of makeup .this ap is the worst app in my full phone but i have deleted this app from my phone .byeIt is not good app because it is very hard to open this app and I don't think that it will help u any more I have try my level best to open this app but I was unable it is just a westage of data no need of downloading this app it won help you .

It's okay at but I don't like it I tried every single one and it didn't work so do not download this app it's bad bad bad app please do not if you just want to sit there and do bad things do not buy this going to give it at 3 because I guess it's okay but maybe one or two words but not all of them the sun getting it at 3 maybe you should get more like you should like you know I'd like your own coloring pad and you can make your own so yeah that's what I think so that you can put that in there maI don't like it because it doesn't explain anything and doesn't tell you pallets they use or anything else.

1. Fix Step Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Step: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Step App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Step" » Open Step by step makeup (lip, eye, » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Step » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Step by step makeup (lip, eye, app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Step servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Step by step makeup (lip, eye," » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Step app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Step might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Step. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Step then reinstall.
