1. Other than that, it's great.I installed it 2 days ago and after a day I uninstalled it because we don't order many times food so it will be useless for me, but guess what, After the app has been uninstalled many ads for it are shown in a crazy way!!! When I watch a normal video from my gallery *not YouTube* suddenly it stop and the ad of the app is shown, When I play any game also suddenly the game stops and the ad of this app keep showing on my phone and it's very annoying!!! It keeps showing for about 30 time everyday.No order cancellation or address editing, and some restaurants on the app are busy hence you cant order what you want untill they become free (which almost never happens).
2. The shop is 10 minutes away.The app is great and it is very useful for ordering food from different restaurants and showing me the best offers from all of them, but after the last update everything became confusing and it has become so difficult to find what you want, because the layout was first organized and now it is so messy (where did the search filters go? ) Please fix this messy because the app has become frankly unusable.Very good app, but there's room for improvement: Please include the possibility to save my credit card instead of writing the number each time (saving returns error).

I started using it recently, and based on this recent experience this app is horrible.It offers great deals .. mostly places the order very fast but sometimes it takes like half an hour just to confirm placing the order at the required restaurant then starts counting down for the order preparation and delivery.
4. My recommendation is that the order should have a printed label that can only be scanned by the customer in order to complete the order, and that is to guarantee the honesty of the delivery time.The worst experience I ever had while ordering food online.
5. This app main goal would be saving time, this is my third time to suffer a long delay in orders and my last one was permanently deleted by the system .. it is easier to order by phoneOne of the worst experiences ever.
6. I made an order and after an hour they called just to verify the order items and then asked to do some edits because their app wasn't up-to-date with the restaurant's available items.
7. I even tried to use a different restaurant but the order got delayed for 17 minutes then it got cancelled.
8. Must include the option of buying in quarter kilos in all items that are ordered by weight (e.g. kebab and shawerma)The app is great, I can view the menus and request any thing on the go, also you can find alot of stuff that you didn't even think of.
9. The down side is that some times the order status is changed to "Dilevered" from the restaurant and the order is still on the way.
10. 45 minutes later they had the audacity to call again and re-confirm the order.
11. After filing many complaints I still didn't get my order.
