2. Worst case senerio the app you are trying to run might not work at all if its web based on some android devices.As a user of the app that just started requiring Crosswalk, I don't see any advantages.

3. Solves the delay between audio and video.I mean it does work great but here and there I question its use and think I should uninstall this app because it a waste of space.
