1. I'm going to go to a different appit doesn't have the most important feature, which is reposting a story, sends you to a different app that malfunctions and doesn't have a nice frame for a repost.I have been using this app for years, but recently it's giving a glitch saying unable to download, delete cookies and try again later everytime I use it...There's no way to add credit of the video, it's not workingIt keeps saying checking internet connection.

When this happens, I get the message that it has occurred due to a bug and should be updated; but no update to fix the bug has been released as yet.I resently installed this app and started to use, then I started to see some weird phenomenon that I started to get information says unknown different devices from mine logged in to my accounts.

4. The unknown devise is Nexus 5...what is that?? Is my privacy data is delivered to the device??Hi, sorry, but your app still cant save video or images from instagram from 16/6/2023 till today.

5. 2nd, it told me the video I was trying to download was a private post & I needed to log in to download it.

6. Usually this app works perfectly but over the past few days it has been glitching and shutting down without warning.

7. I even set the two-steps verification, but still I receive notifications which non my device logged in.

1. Fix Repost Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Repost: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Repost App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Repost" » Open Repost - Video Downloader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Repost » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Repost - Video Downloader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Repost servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Repost - Video Downloader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Repost app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Repost might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Repost. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Repost then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Repost not working

2. Fix Repost Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Repost be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Repost not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Repost may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
