1. The $3.99 a month subscription for the pro version might seem a little steep, but if you do a lot of work with Instagram it is well worth it.While the free version of this app works fine.

2. The free version worked fine until it stopped, then this pro version also seems to work fine and without warning got hit with the option to subscribe or no longer use.

3. Why not add a one time purchase option??They have an unpaid version that worked for years then decided to go paid.

4. I reached out to the app manager and will update when I get a response.This app worked great until it stopped and indicated you needed to buy a monthly subscription to continue using.

5. Today I tried using it again for a multi-photo post and now they charge $3.99 per month?? What a scam!! And their tutorial is still the same as years ago.

6. When they bought out Regrann I lost my lifetime license so I'm not going to trust them.When it is working, it is great.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Repost Professional Issues

1. Fix Repost Professional Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Repost Professional: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Repost Professional App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Repost Professional" » Open Repost Professional » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Repost Professional » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Repost Professional app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Repost Professional servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Repost Professional" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Repost Professional app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Repost Professional might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Repost Professional. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Repost Professional then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Repost Professional not working


2. Fix Repost Professional Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Repost Professional be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Repost Professional not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Repost Professional may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
