1. Worked great for a few months but now after signing in and goes to the main menu/home page and a pop up says wait while loading info and then stalls there.Limited. Hit & Miss Reminders work sometimes.
2. A workaround is to put a shortcut to the app on the home screen, so that the red dot serves as a backup reminder.Worked OK to keep track of meds until it stopped and I would have to uninstall it and reinstall it so that I could log in.
3. The only good thing about the app is that it does reliably sync with doctor's current prescriptions and instructions for you.There have been small glitches here and there but nothing I haven't been able to work around until now.
4. Would be nice to get a fix for this so I don't have dump my data every month or uninstall and reinstall every month.Bugs everywhere! The reminder notification never works (3 different phones now and MANY different app updates).
5. For the past 24hrs+ I have been trying to refill my prescription and the app keeps getting stuck on the loading page.
6. If you have any other "reminders" at the same time the app doesn't work.
7. The last time it stopped giving notifications, it also stopped opening after my login.
8. Issue did turn out to be battery saving feature which defaulted to that with each firmware or security update.
9. Not exactly the best thing for someone with social anxiety that's trying to refill a depression medication during a pandemic.
10. Emptying the cache doesn't seem to work.
11. Reminders work well when they don't freeze up.
