1. Worked great for a few months but now after signing in and goes to the main menu/home page and a pop up says wait while loading info and then stalls there.Limited. Hit & Miss Reminders work sometimes.

2. A workaround is to put a shortcut to the app on the home screen, so that the red dot serves as a backup reminder.Worked OK to keep track of meds until it stopped and I would have to uninstall it and reinstall it so that I could log in.

3. The only good thing about the app is that it does reliably sync with doctor's current prescriptions and instructions for you.There have been small glitches here and there but nothing I haven't been able to work around until now.

4. Would be nice to get a fix for this so I don't have dump my data every month or uninstall and reinstall every month.Bugs everywhere! The reminder notification never works (3 different phones now and MANY different app updates).

5. For the past 24hrs+ I have been trying to refill my prescription and the app keeps getting stuck on the loading page.

6. If you have any other "reminders" at the same time the app doesn't work.

7. The last time it stopped giving notifications, it also stopped opening after my login.

8. Issue did turn out to be battery saving feature which defaulted to that with each firmware or security update.

9. Not exactly the best thing for someone with social anxiety that's trying to refill a depression medication during a pandemic.

10. Emptying the cache doesn't seem to work.

11. Reminders work well when they don't freeze up.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My KP Meds Issues

1. Fix My KP Meds Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My KP Meds: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My KP Meds App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My KP Meds" » Open My KP Meds » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My KP Meds » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My KP Meds app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My KP Meds servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My KP Meds" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My KP Meds app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My KP Meds might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My KP Meds. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My KP Meds then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My KP Meds not working


2. Fix My KP Meds Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My KP Meds be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My KP Meds not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My KP Meds may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
