1. Only good thing about the app is that it shows upcoming appointments and messages (even though most messages are regarding test results and I can't view those....). I would not recommend this app if you want to see test results or your medical records.The app is helpful in doing things like managing appointments and checking test results, but messaging is terrible, as are the functions that force you to go to the website anyway.

2. It's only useful for reading alarming messages and test results, leaving you suffering from anxiety, wondering what's going on (if you can log in).Emailing on the app from an Android is horrendous! My screen is 5x3 but app won't let me to see what I'm typing/editing.

3. What is going on with this thing? Wish they'd fix it because I did like the app before it had all these issues.I can't view test results or medical records.

4. I can't send any direct messages on the app for some reason because it always gives me an error and the 3 filed attachment limit is very irritating and inconvenient.Slow to load, difficult to navigate, and unintuitive.
