1. I know I will.I understand pay for filters but pay for locations??? Make no sense! You have to pay to see the locations and have 3 good filters available for free, if want more filter you have to pay.Okay I don't use this app coz I know the filters are not free and also because i usually take animal/insects etc pics so i don't need them.

2. But guys this is one of the ways she can make some money! So ofcourse you cannot have more filters for free.Only 3 presets available for free, but the first one, "go" is very nice and goes well with most photos.

3. Filters are beautiful though but very frustrating that I can't edit my photos the way I expected to (not mentioning that videos can't be edited lol) DisappointingVery bad app.

4. Update July 2021: Sadly, a lot of the newer features and filters are not available for Android and it sort of ruins the experience for me.This app is mainly for IOS not Android.

1. Fix Katie One Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Katie One: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Katie One App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Katie One" » Open Katie One » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Katie One » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Katie One app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Katie One servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Katie One" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Katie One app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Katie One might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Katie One. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Katie One then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Katie One not working

2. Fix Katie One Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Katie One be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Katie One not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Katie One may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
