1. The "low bandwidth" option just turned off video altogether - I would much rather be able to reduce the video quality.I think this app audio and video quality was subar compared to Zoom.

1. Fix Jitsi Meet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jitsi Meet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jitsi Meet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jitsi Meet" » Open Jitsi Meet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jitsi Meet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jitsi Meet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jitsi Meet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jitsi Meet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Jitsi Meet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jitsi Meet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Jitsi Meet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jitsi Meet then reinstall.
