1. so unless there's some option that I'm missing, music playback is limited when the screen on your phone is off.With the demise of Play Music, I thought I was going to have to get an MP3 player to maintain ownership of my music, but Jellyfin single-handedly rescued me and also gave me even greater control over my media collection.

Amazing for powering through content I feel like I need to watch (for cultural references, etc.), but that isn't enjoyable enough for me to waste any waste extra minutes on.Does what it's suppose to, but is kind of limited on features when compared to Plex, which is what the article that pointed me to this app was comparing it to.

7. Any disruption to the OTA signal and you have to select the channel all over again.I tried Kodi, Plex and a couple of other media server software.

1. Fix Jellyfin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jellyfin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jellyfin App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jellyfin" » Open Jellyfin » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jellyfin » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jellyfin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jellyfin servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jellyfin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Jellyfin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jellyfin might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Jellyfin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jellyfin then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jellyfin not working

2. Fix Jellyfin Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jellyfin be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jellyfin not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jellyfin may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
