Why should I report an Issue with GeoGebra Classic?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of International GeoGebra Institute to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

This would be an exceptional app... if it had "exit" clearly labeled in one of its menus... the only way i can exit this on my s10 is to press power ... resart and then crash it with the middle android phone button... it works well but can you make it not autoswitch to landscape... the area of the screen is the same either way...it's a great app but does'nt work on chromeos for my chromebook or i mean it works but im unable to use the keyboard to type in CAS please fix this problem.

2. it's very annoying to being forced to use the touch screen on this app because it's so much slowerall other geogebra apps put together into a single app but makes the device slow.It is a great app but works in landscape and not in portrait,so becomes irritating.

3. Since my device has Android 12 it crashes if I try to open it.This application does not work on Android-x86.

4. Can anyone help?I only now realized - this app is just a webview, which makes my criticisms (only landscape, no native keyboard) even worse.

5. Geogebra classic 5 on PC is the only one worth getting/using.It was working well initially..but since a month it doesn't support.

1. Fix GeoGebra Classic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GeoGebra Classic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GeoGebra Classic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GeoGebra Classic" » Open GeoGebra Classic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GeoGebra Classic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GeoGebra Classic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GeoGebra Classic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GeoGebra Classic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GeoGebra Classic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GeoGebra Classic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GeoGebra Classic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GeoGebra Classic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GeoGebra Classic not working

2. Fix GeoGebra Classic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GeoGebra Classic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GeoGebra Classic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GeoGebra Classic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
