1. One question though, How do you add a tick to a box? Should I have drawn a tick as an additional signature and used it from there? I am very impressed with the App and the fact that you can save Docs as a pdf and then forward them on, by e-mail.thank you that you made it free, however whenever I add something it exits all the way out to its home page.. and when I open it again to add something like put my printed name , the quality of the of the pdf or the picture changes to low quality, it looks so messy.

2. second, when dragging to reduce the size of signature, free rotation happens which is difficult to control, so the makers may provide adfitional corner button for rotating the signature.Signing documents was a breeze with this app.

3. I have to repeat the all modifications and doing it with each single page, as single documents, and not as a whole unit.. Share the modified docs right away or I might not find them in a second time.

4. 2 drawbacks though, first, after a signature has been dropped on the pdf page, before finalizing the signature,we cant zoom the page, which makes it difficult to arrange the signature correctly in small space.

5. My two brain cells have found it easy to use & understand while working happily within the bounds of my Android phone... I want to point out that... The biggest +Plus, that I want to point out is the fact I don't have to deal with a parade of ads popping up on my screen as I'm working.

6. Is there an option for all text to be the same size and for the angle not to change unless I turn that feature on? If it can do those two things it'll be a five star app!NOT RECOMMENDED It kept crashing everytime I tried to type in Text, to be added in a textbox.

7. --- How to improve experience & ease of use: - On the signature canvas, colors & pen pallette would give much better space if they were moved from the top to one or both sides, or even a mini panel that can hide.

8. Once you learn how to resize your signature, and maneuver it to the correct place.

9. I can't figure out how to save modified docs and share them, I think I have saved them and then there's only one or two pages on 4 I had modified.

10. Reasoning is that position on the top interferes with signature creation.

11. I think you should improve the way the eraser works, The eraser is not easy to use.Was great before but even better following the update.

1. Fix Sign Doc Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sign Doc: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sign Doc App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sign Doc" » Open Sign Doc - Sign and Fill PDF » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sign Doc » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sign Doc - Sign and Fill PDF app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sign Doc servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sign Doc - Sign and Fill PDF" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sign Doc app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sign Doc might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sign Doc. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sign Doc then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sign Doc not working

2. Fix Sign Doc Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sign Doc be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sign Doc not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sign Doc may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
