1. -The ability to pin important chats so they always stay at the top of the list -Saved messages folder gives me the option to prerecord messages or send files to myself -The ability to put a title on recorded messages -The ability to edit a typed message after it has been sent -The ability to pin messages from recent days - People added to a chat can see past 100 messages - Admin on a group chat can delete any message for everyone - The Poll option for group chats - CVM can have multiple devices; phones,tablets, and computers on one account.

2. I have a business channel I use also and I like that when I add a new recipient they can see all the messages that were posted from before they were added right up to the beginning date of the channel.An update at the beginning of the year fixed the problem where group chats did not update, but notifications for private conversations (update: AND now also channels) often do not happen unless I open CloudVeil to check for new messages.

3. Keep up the work behind the scenes at Cloudveil!Some times i dont receive messages They dont show up in the chat, but if i search it on home page and go into photos, music, files, links or voice messages thats only way i can see them, and it doesnt offer an update, and i need to update it, for it to workI have to rate this app because it deserves more than 3.5 stars.

4. Thanks to a great team that has worked hard to provide a safe and effective messaging app.It's simple and easy to use, however I wish there was a way to mute notifications when a person joins a group.

5. I do appreciate not receiving any adds though! 👍Love it! Especially love that messages are backed up all the time and as soon as I install again they are all there immediately.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CloudVeil Messenger Issues

1. Fix CloudVeil Messenger Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CloudVeil Messenger: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CloudVeil Messenger App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CloudVeil Messenger" » Open CloudVeil Messenger » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CloudVeil Messenger » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CloudVeil Messenger app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CloudVeil Messenger servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CloudVeil Messenger" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CloudVeil Messenger app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CloudVeil Messenger might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CloudVeil Messenger. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CloudVeil Messenger then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CloudVeil Messenger not working


2. Fix CloudVeil Messenger Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CloudVeil Messenger be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CloudVeil Messenger not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CloudVeil Messenger may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
