1. Quite annoying.Looks great, but when I listen to a game it keeps switching to other content.

2. The content is great! But it is honestly unusable at times.I want to listen to the football game.

3. Sometimes it will switch back to live game after a few minutes, but then it will turn off, and when I try to click back in it goes back to the random program.

4. Tried to listen to live radio and it stopped playing every few minutes.

5. When I try to select the game it just doesn't play the game it just pauses the currently playing content.

6. i can still listen it's just not great.App is great- except for live radio.

7. During games I click on the live button and another program starts playing.

8. Click on football game again back to podcast.

9. My internet is more than fast enough to be able to handle a simple radio broadcast and I'm dumbfounded at how terrible this app is.Update 3/21: The UI for this app has become so bad I can't stand it.

1. Fix BYUradio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BYUradio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BYUradio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BYUradio" » Open BYUradio - Family Podcast App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BYUradio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BYUradio - Family Podcast App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BYUradio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BYUradio - Family Podcast App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BYUradio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BYUradio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BYUradio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BYUradio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BYUradio not working

2. Fix BYUradio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BYUradio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BYUradio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BYUradio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
