Why should I report an Issue with BensinPris?

1. Idea with this app is great but have seen that a local station has been installed at the wrong GPS location.

2. Too bad because it could have been great.Nice initiative but there are just too few prices reported, so rather useless.

3. Don't sign in with anything, and don't give them any permission to your phone before they fix those problems.Unusable, phone freezes by every attempt at using the app.

4. Would have been an amazing app if it worked and were consistently rightJust crashing and nothing showing up the few times it's working.

5. facebook login fails, when it works it does not load anything.

6. Would be nicer if you could see the prices on the map instead of non informative black placeholders.

7. Look for example at the Dutch ANWB onderweg app.Functions more like a data-mining app than anything else.

1. Fix BensinPris Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BensinPris: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BensinPris App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BensinPris" » Open BensinPris » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BensinPris » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BensinPris app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BensinPris servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BensinPris" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BensinPris app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BensinPris might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BensinPris. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BensinPris then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BensinPris not working

2. Fix BensinPris Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BensinPris be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BensinPris not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BensinPris may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
