1. It's quite basic, and I would like to see a timer function as a schedule, ie not have to set the start time, as I often forget to turn it off overnight.This review refers to using this app with an infrared heater.

2. It's annoying & makes me regret buying the heater, at least my old heater had the option of setting a timer on the heater itself, but, with this heater if the app doesn't work, it doesn't switch on at the times I've set.Terrible app.

3. This leaves me regularly unable to turn on or turn off the radiator, which defeats the entire purpose of the app, and the 'smart' panel heater.

4. Easy to set up, has schedules and a turn on and off button with a timer if you want to turn on the heater for, say, 1 hour.

6. The temperature in the app and the one on the heater itself are different, the heater temperature is 3 degrees cooler sometimes.This app crashes every few weeks & I have to delete my heater & start again.

1. Fix HomeWizard Climate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HomeWizard Climate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HomeWizard Climate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HomeWizard Climate" » Open HomeWizard Climate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HomeWizard Climate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HomeWizard Climate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HomeWizard Climate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HomeWizard Climate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HomeWizard Climate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HomeWizard Climate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HomeWizard Climate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HomeWizard Climate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HomeWizard Climate not working

2. Fix HomeWizard Climate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HomeWizard Climate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HomeWizard Climate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HomeWizard Climate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
