1. 'Random' should have some adjustable parameters too, like min/max time to change, min/max speed, etc.. The app has lots of potential, but sadly the bar is set way too low for these types of apps, with dozens of really basic sample players on the market, when what we all want is something feature rich, almost approaching the power and flexibility of a full DAW, but streamlined for meditating, sleeping, relaxing amateurs rather than music producers.
2. I even went into app info and said it not to optimize battery usage and made sure it was set to be able to run in the background but it still plays all sounds in slow motion on my Samsung Galaxy S9+.
3. Some sounds are too quiet, and you can't increase the volume directly, only indirectly by setting distance on the sound stage, but even at the closest distance, the cat purring for instance, is still too quite.
4. You can't adjust the timing either, so say if you add 2 of the same sound they will both start at the same time, loop at the same speed, and repeat at the same frequency, and you can't change any of that.
5. It would be great if they added a volume slider (ideally a sophisticated effect to amplify without clipping), a 'pause after' slider (to adjust loop frequency) and a 'start at' slider (to offset timing without adjusting loop frequency).
6. I have also noticed that vocal sound bites tend to sync up and play over each other if two are playing st the same time.
7. Unfortunately this app does something weird where it plays The sounds in super slow motion after the screen has been off for about 30 seconds.
8. Possibly add a play que for vocal sound bites only so if one is playing another wont start till previous is completed.
9. I really like the rain sounds, but I wish I could make them louder at times, and softer at others kind of more natural sounding, like the rain picking up then slowing down.
10. Many of the sounds available sound artificial and most annoy me.
11. More softer, gentler, soothing, and nature sounds are needed, as well as options with various speaking voices.
