Why should I report an Issue with Poop Map?

1. also, being able to add multiple poops to one location would stop it from looking oddly clustered in certain locations such as home? i also think it would be kind of cute to have poop shaped pins but thats just a bonus xExcellent app - I'm a long time user but only just getting round to reviewing.

3. Right now, you can only drop pins on top of each other so it makes it appear like someone has pooped way more places than you when in reality they're logging everytime they poop in the same place.

4. My only suggestion is you being able to label certain places so you can drop multiple poops in the same place or on the same pin.

5. The poop drops before you have put in info so if you accidentally need to edit, you have to drop another then go back to delete.

6. When posting about a poop after you've left the location the map feature can also be a bit clumsy.

7. The app does what it sets out to dofun app, exceptional idea, has provided many laughs (and am sure it will continue to) but theres definitely some room for improvement.

8. I would suggest adding a feature so I could put all the locations into a drop down bar so they land on the same spot.

9. This app is just a bug fix away from 5 stars.A family that poops together stays together 😁 We have a lot of fun with this app and its helpful to keep tabs on the kids habits.

10. My only issue is that sometimes the app freezes on me, and when I go to comment on my homies poop the keyboard will freeze.

11. I only regret the 20 years of poos not represented.App will randomly crash when I try to use the camera... it'll take the photo but as soon as I hit save the app goes back to the homepage again and it's driving me insane.

1. Fix Poop Map Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Poop Map: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Poop Map App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Poop Map" » Open Poop Map » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Poop Map » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Poop Map app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Poop Map servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Poop Map" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Poop Map app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Poop Map might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Poop Map. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Poop Map then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Poop Map not working

2. Fix Poop Map Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Poop Map be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Poop Map not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Poop Map may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
