1. Edit: Whoa, the review a few down nailed the issue! The issue is triggered when the phone is near my CC in my purse! Ugh!It works well in terms of transit fare payment.

2. I installed the app back to use it and was unable to use my card, because I didn't remove my virtual card from the phone before uninstalling.

3. Like all the other reviews say, it barely works most of the time and I'm on a high end galaxy phone.

4. There are many frustrating aspects of this app; for one example there's a card in my account from another phone.

5. Recently the app keeps hijacking my phone and opens randomly while vibrating my phone (when I haven't used it in days or weeks).

1. Fix TAP LA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TAP LA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TAP LA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TAP LA" » Open TAP LA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TAP LA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TAP LA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TAP LA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TAP LA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TAP LA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TAP LA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TAP LA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TAP LA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TAP LA not working

2. Fix TAP LA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TAP LA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TAP LA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TAP LA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
