It took me a while to figure out I have to press the back button, now imagine I double tap it whilst paying?There is some improvement, and it would be great if they change the currency of the validation of the to be matching the location or all user to set it if possible Also, if the card added not going be used during the payment process, then why add it at first place? Furthermore, it keeps crashing if they switch to other apps, which makes it difficult to get the payment detailsThe worst delivery app I have ever used, you can't cancel the delivery once it's accepted (which is instant and very stupid).

Unlike other apps that makes it convenient for customers, you have a choice to either report it thru the app or calling via customer service.Unfortunately, Jahez was my favorite food delivery app but recently I have had 2 bad experiences with them, where the app keeps freezing for no apparent reason.

3. Also, managing (deleting) saved cards and saved addresses and modifying them should be made easier for the end user + i would like to be able to view my cart even if i leave the restaurant page Hope these modifications are implemented and fixed soon1: Absolutely horrendous UI.

4. Edit: The app improved significantly over the past year, it's good now except for the very annoying pop-up ads when you first open the app.After the latest update, i cannot pay while the order is out for delivery The "pay now' button does not trigger any redirection.

5. You can no longer track your order, no notification when the driver leaves the restaurant, no estimated time of arrival, and most importantly, you can no longer report missing items from your order! Hope to see these features again soon.

6. Apart from reporting via customer service call about the missing item, you have to update and report it through the app as well just to be refunded of the amount.

7. CREDIT CARDS DOES NOT WORK AT ALL, FORCING YOU TO PAY IN CASH AND IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY CASH READY THEN YOU GONNA GET SCAMMED.

8. This app is a complete mess.Have experienced poor customer service time and time again.

9. I hope the creators of this application get what they deserve for screwing over so many people.They made some improvement.

10. As a user, I should expect no less than a decent experience to order and receive my food.

11. However now the map is not working for tracking delivery or for selection the delivery address.

1. Fix Jahez Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jahez: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jahez App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jahez" » Open Jahez » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jahez » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jahez app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jahez servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jahez" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Jahez app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jahez might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Jahez. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jahez then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jahez not working

2. Fix Jahez Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jahez be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jahez not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jahez may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
