If you guys could upgrade to 3d anatomy, that would be wonderful .Thank you for the anatomy app, but the latest version of the app, 6.0.4 downloaded from Google play, exits directly on Xiaomi 11 running MIUI 13, and the app fails to open directly a second after clicking the icon on the launcher.

3. Considering that a Redmi user also reported the same issue on Play store, your Android app has compatibility issues with MIUI, which doesn't match the high subscription price of the app.

1. Fix e-Anatomy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart e-Anatomy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the e-Anatomy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "e-Anatomy" » Open e-Anatomy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for e-Anatomy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear e-Anatomy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from e-Anatomy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "e-Anatomy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check e-Anatomy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, e-Anatomy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall e-Anatomy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall e-Anatomy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing e-Anatomy not working

2. Fix e-Anatomy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make e-Anatomy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to e-Anatomy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, e-Anatomy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
