Donna BurgeThe last few times we ordered the drivers were slow and it took forever on our food would arrive cold bad thing is tips are included in here and I'd still pay some for extra tips seems like if you don't pay for extra tips you can't ever get a driver I even had to go pick my food up one time from el patio cause they never picked it up and it was soggy waitingOnly service in my area.

5. The app sucks, delivery time is slow and never accurate, they allow you to schedule delivery ahead of time, but don't expect them to wait to deliver it.

6. I placed and order for breakfast and 30 mins later the driver still wasn't at restaurant so I was late for work.
