1. Non stop reminding for how so many times.. Reminding Different cleaning app needs to install.. Very annoyingThis app is excellent because my Samsung Galaxy phone was very laggy because i download a virus by accident and i didnt know what to do but then i tried to look up for a app like this one to clean my phone and this app actually cleaned my phone so im very happy that this app worked.What's the meaning of this; i already installed the app but it keeps appearing on my screen; to make it worst when i click on cancel it still direct me play store.

Its like im on do not disterd when im not.I get constant adds popping up on my phone non stop with this app that really doesn't do much other than open a million pages everytime it says I need to clean or çool down my phone but Google Play takes care of most of the stuff it's going on about and the çonstand overload of pop ups is what's slowing my phone down it's not worth it will be deleting itI installed this app yet I continued to get a pop up saying to install or cancel.

3. Even when deleted it does not go away.I think this website and any others when you say cancel should Bean cancel not keep on bugging me until I have to hit install in order to get it off my freaking screen.

4. I suggest that one App by Samsung to be permanent installed with Fhone for easy usage by illiterate person and must work after some programmed period.

5. Please work on this issueThis app is very annoying It keeps popping up on everything you do on your phone except when you are on the App itself.

6. I hope instead of advising many App for earning if you considered my suggestion you phone market will be higher.This is the worst app ever to be invented.

1. Restart Easy Clean PRO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Easy Clean PRO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Easy Clean PRO" » Open Easy Clean PRO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Easy Clean PRO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Easy Clean PRO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Easy Clean PRO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Easy Clean PRO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Easy Clean PRO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Easy Clean PRO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Easy Clean PRO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Easy Clean PRO then reinstall.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Easy Clean PRO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Easy Clean PRO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
