Why should I report an Issue with LooLoo Kids - Nursery Rhymes?

1. App settings doesn't completely disable touch screen.Child can still access other songs.Would prefer an uninterrupted play list w/o any accessable thumbnails.I downloaded this app but it isn't working it please do something about it the videos isn't downloading.🤔My one year old daughter loves this app, well worth the price, this is the only app I have found that keeps her entertained for more than 20 seconds.

2. The only minus point is she can still press the home button on the lock screen so I have to put it back on for her every time.All great... If you buy premium, else you have access to only 3 videos which you can't even download.

3. On my Galaxy S10+, the home button and swipe down menu still work, so within 10 seconds of holding the phone my 14 month old is on the home screen messing with other apps.

4. Now we are sure that videos will keep playing no matter what and she will never see an inappropriate content like on YouTube.Yes I was very frustrated with this app because as I paid the monthly fee yet it would only allow me to have it on one of my child's tablets.

5. The app lets you download songs and lock the screen so they do not inadvertently pop out of the app.

8. I've tried to research and find a solution but nothing is available.How many times does my granddaughter have to see the same mcdonald's ad?No trial period?No indication of subscription information? Uninstalled then reinstalled.

10. The only thong the lock keeps you from doing is pausing or backing out to choose another song.

1. Fix LooLoo Kids Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LooLoo Kids: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LooLoo Kids App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LooLoo Kids" » Open LooLoo Kids - Nursery Rhymes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LooLoo Kids » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LooLoo Kids - Nursery Rhymes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LooLoo Kids servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LooLoo Kids - Nursery Rhymes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LooLoo Kids app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LooLoo Kids might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LooLoo Kids. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LooLoo Kids then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LooLoo Kids not working

2. Fix LooLoo Kids Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LooLoo Kids be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LooLoo Kids not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LooLoo Kids may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
