1. This very simple app just sends audio from the mic to the speaker, plug it into your computer or whatever using a 3. 5mm male to male headphone jack and you get a free mic.
2. It isn't possible to make a lag free mic on Android yet, but it's good enough for emergency use.
1. If you plan on using it for PS4, you have to connect to a USB and turn on Audio Source, which is only in developer settings. It just works! Insert aux cable to line in and to your phone and if it doesn't works try reinserting in the line in Port of your pc and it will work just fine.
2. Edit: I see a lot of negative reviews, so let me explain how I got mine working, at first mine was echoing aswell, what I needed to do was simply keep my aux cable plugged in to my phone while I disconnect the one in the line-in port of the pc or other machine.
3. I connected the output of my phone to a digital audio workstation for a quick and dirty lofi recording option and while the sound came out my phone speaker it didn't transmit over the headphone jack at all.
4. My only complaint is that its really quiet Edit: turns out that the phone's volume controls the output volume, it's not too quietLove the simplicity of this app! Since my all in one desktop has separate ports for mic and headphone, I couldn't use regular earphone with built in mic.
5. Possibly a problem with my phone, but I can't leave a better review for something that never worked for me.Finally after searching for long got one app what does the same i was looking for... i understand it's difficult to send live audio to phone speaker system.
6. Now reinsert the aux cable in the line in port, enjoyDespite being designed for an earlier version of andriod (I have 10), it still works almost perfectly.
7. A nice idea though is if you made a widget that looked like the red/black microphone that does the same thing but you don't open the app, since the functionality is just one button on the app anywayGreat app the only one that works.
8. Just connect phone with aux cable to mic port and press the red button! That's it.
9. Hint- be sure to put your phone volume on max to increase the pick up range.
10. Just wondering why isn't this app part of OS? Hope the app gets good updates, e.g. keep working even when screen sleeps etc Thanks! It didn't work.
11. Sometimes the mic app may turn on after using it and you will tell by the notification and/or the sound echoing weirdly, just force stop it in settings so it doesnt do that.
