But since last month, the app has become totally useless, I can't login even though I entered the correct password, and when I opt for the guest order there was problem with the OTP pin as no pin was sent to my mobile number! After about an hour I finally decided to try the website order and lo and behold, it was fine.
2. This problem is very evident at the login page and also at address registration page.

It's just that sometimes it feels like you dont want to deliver to your customers, you said the app is 24/7 but everytime I order at around 1am-3am the app would say "the current store is unavailable" or "the current weather system is horrible" something like that and it would happen not once, not twice but multiple times again and again, only at VERY rare moments is when they're not lazy or when the cpu is working correctly.
4. Frustrated with this, I simply entered "1234" into that field and guess what, the verification process went through just like that! I'm not sure whether this will work for everyone or even my next order, but you guys may give it a try nonetheless.The recent update cause the app to crash.
5. And ironically, there are instructions on the page to fill in the address details.
6. I would have expected better from Golden Arches.A little PSA: For anyone using the "continue without an account" (a.k.a. guest order) function, you'll never receive the OTP required to complete the order regardless of how many times you try.
7. What was touted as 3 easy steps to edit or create an address has failed.
8. At the login page, I can see the ID and password entry box but can't see the button to login.
9. I know its at the bottom of the address form but the app doesnt allow me to scroll all the way down.
10. Then I can't save address after the submit address button not shown.
11. I tried logging in but there is no login button to press (may be hidden).
