It includes all basic information about all government institutions/departments in our country and you can ask query almost any thing and get your grievances solved.Issues: 1)Failure of attachments is shown due to file not in internal storage but request gets submitted automatically before clicking the submit button.

11. There should be an option for users to update their mobile nos if they want to.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Consumer App Issues

1. Fix Consumer App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Consumer App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Consumer App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Consumer App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Consumer App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Consumer App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Consumer App not working
