NovelToon Customer Insights
1. It's really Really very Good App... I Love this Not just Bcs I Writes Story's and Read storys.. But Bcs I Can Connect With Many people and Makes friends.. but Recently I'm Facing Problems while Reading Storys Which Is Ads.. I Don't mind ads but Ofc I have to mind when The Ads is Just increasing Like crazy.. As I read any story.. Chat or Novel.. It's doesn't even Pass One minute and Ads Come Out and Not Even 3 chapter Pass but Again Ads.. which is very annoying So please Give less Ads 😔It's good but to upload update chapter it's takes like literally whole year...i am impatient now..also it's not like ignoring because authors self shown update many chapters yet it is not uploading just seen in gray line ....That problem is solved .. Thank you so much for that ...But it's been So many days ..that when i Open any story or comic to read it says no internet .. but my interest in perfectly fine...
2. Everytime I update this app nt/mt it gives me new problem., Like if I'm completing my points task I've to do it again and again and it shows that I've completed my task but the points doesn't increase,etc.
3. Hopefully you solve the problem this time and respond backWith due respect it's good app for exploring good comics and work.
4. I use nt because it's a little faster compared with mt but from last two months it's all same doesn't matter if I'm using nt/ mt it keeps lagging, etc.I love this app a lot, but for a few days this app is having a lot of problems.
5. The only problem I have for now is the constant auto saving when I'm editing my outline, and it kinda gets distracting in a while.
6. It always says loading failed click to try again even though i have a good network connection.
7. Because of these problems I can't read nor write my favourite stories.
8. This app is again and again crashing and its really annoying as from past few days I'm unable to read anything.
9. 2nd, Even though my internet is good, it says there's no internet connection.
10. I am unable to read any chat stories.
11. I hope you can fix this issue.This app is perfect except it doesn't have a Filipino language.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix NovelToon Issues
1. Fix NovelToon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart NovelToon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the NovelToon App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NovelToon" » Open NovelToon: Read Books, Stories » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NovelToon » click "UPDATE".
- Clear NovelToon: Read Books, Stories app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NovelToon servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NovelToon: Read Books, Stories" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check NovelToon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NovelToon might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall NovelToon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NovelToon then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NovelToon not working
2. Fix NovelToon Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NovelToon be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NovelToon not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NovelToon may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

The author has conveniently changed the character names and posted it on Noveltoon. I have never given anyone permission to use my work. Hi, I'm Kendal Hossler, the author of "El Trato." My story, which I have only published on Wattpad, has also been published on NovelToon, without my permission, so my work has been stolen and plagiarized, also under a false profile of me who calls herself Kendall Hossler. I have reported both the story and the profile and seeing that they have ignored my complaints I have had to resort to this email.
Plagiarizing is already a crime, publishing something that you do not have copyright is also another and also creating a profile posing as a person is another much greater, since they are impersonating an identity.
As the original author of the novel I demand that my story be removed from NovelToon as well as from all variants of that company as soon as possible.
