I also enjoyed your cute little characters and multiple color options, it made the page much easier to look at.Rivet Is the best reading app ever I highly recommend it you can do many things like pop balloons with great satisfaction, you can pick your profile picture , change your background, you can even rate the books at the end and so much more!!!! but the best part is it makes me want to read thanks rivet I love you !! it also includes people from YouTube as well.

2. After three days of my little sister trying to read the same book, she was able to read the entire book without the pictures!Books aren't very good, voices reading are only computer generated voices, the books are far too simple with only a couple words per page on level 1.

3. It has reignited his love for reading, and he looks forward to popping balloons and learning new things every day! I like the rating system and the customizing options for profiles and reading levels, especially how easy they are to alter if you feel your kids needs harder/easier books.

1. Fix Rivet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rivet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rivet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rivet" » Open Rivet: Better Reading Practice For Kids » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rivet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rivet: Better Reading Practice For Kids app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rivet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rivet: Better Reading Practice For Kids" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rivet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rivet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rivet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rivet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rivet not working

2. Fix Rivet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rivet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rivet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rivet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
