About PMK-EE

PMK-EE Customer Insights

1. I completed the certification on the required date, and the drop box link it sends to download does not work.

2. Works perfect for me! Received full credit.Completed PMK course ware and attempted to send certificate to myself.

3. Don't overthink it, just complete the sections required and when you're done click on "completed course" tab, fill in your information and send it off.

4. I completed the course on the app only to receive a certificate with no score on it and then found there is no point of contact to fix the problem.

5. Problem is it doesn't remember actual completion date, it uses current date.

6. But after it saved my progress, I just went back into the app and I have to start all over again! Very frustrating.finished all 5 of the exams and right after it logged me out and the entire app didn't even work.

7. I completed everything and then a glitch to storage that one would think would be the most important part of programing in an app the involves Sailors advancement opportunity, and everything is gone.

8. When offered to send to FLTTMPS, following the directions does not actually reflect your completion in there.

9. The only option to regain a cert is to have a copy rewritten dated post fact issued, which interferes with proof of completion deadlines.

10. Not worth.You would assume a tab called "Eligibility Study Materials" in an app designed for mobile use would have actual study materials.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PMK-EE Issues

1. Fix PMK-EE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PMK-EE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PMK-EE App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PMK-EE" » Open PMK-EE » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PMK-EE » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PMK-EE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PMK-EE servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PMK-EE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PMK-EE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PMK-EE might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PMK-EE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PMK-EE then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PMK-EE not working


2. Fix PMK-EE Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PMK-EE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PMK-EE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PMK-EE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • An email I received on 03 May 2020 containing the downloadable file for my E-5 PMK certificate contains a damaged file I cannot open. I need that certificate resent so that I can receive my E-5 advancement and backpay ASAP due to pay issues occuring Navy-wide. I have no other download or location containing this certificate and having a redone E-5 PMK will not be accepted, it has to be one of an older date before my reenlistment of last October, 2021. A hasty response would be preferred, thank you.
