1. The Navy's Domestic Violence Prevention – All Hands mobile application, revised for 2022, is a training and resource tool that provides easy access to information and instructions about the prevention of domestic violence and child abuse.

2. In addition, the app provides links to key DVP-AH resources and an "Emergency" contacts section that offers information on services like the National Domestic Violence Hotline and the Military Crisis Line.

3. The training provided on the app fulfills the new Domestic Violence Prevention General Military Training (GMT) found on MyNavy Portal.

4. The upgrade includes information about healthy relationships, intimate partner abuse, reporting options, and the requirement for all instances of child abuse to be reported to the Family Advocacy Program.

5. Information will be checked periodically for accuracy as some of the reference links may become outdated; the app will be updated as needed and released via periodic DVP-AH version updates.

6. The 2022 upgrade features new materials, videos and creative interfaces to make this required training more intuitive, interactive and educational.

1. - Also the test takes twice as long as it needs to... I can read a question faster than the bad animation can speak it, and the answer options coming up one at a time was frustratingly slow as well.This app was 100% drawn out for no reason.

2. Maybe it's a bug that needs to be fixed.This is UNNECESSARY!!! Why you don't make the training available on E learning, TWMS or JKO and keep making things more annoying than they are.Horrible script writing.

3. The app worked fine for it's purpose, but: - I would much rather complete this training on ETJ (at the same time as all the rest), instead of downloading YET ANOTHER app onto my phone.

4. Kudos to the developers for making this app accessable! Usability issue- location of the keys for navigation were not easily identifiable.It takes exploring, but the app serves its purpose.

5. This app will cause more violence through frustration than actually prevent anything.I applaud the United States Navy for their leadership in preventing domestic violence and raising awareness.

6. There is no other app for DMP that is formatted as a class, and there are very few training resourses available at no cost.

1. Fix Domestic Violence Prevention Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Domestic Violence Prevention: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Domestic Violence Prevention App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Domestic Violence Prevention" » Open Domestic Violence Prevention » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Domestic Violence Prevention » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Domestic Violence Prevention app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Domestic Violence Prevention servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Domestic Violence Prevention" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Domestic Violence Prevention app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Domestic Violence Prevention might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Domestic Violence Prevention. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Domestic Violence Prevention then reinstall.
