1. I only had this app downloaded for 10 minutes and it stopped working at least 6 times.I love the app.. But can y'all make it where we can customize our own ringtones for messages, and create our own wallpaper background for the conversation list and add color.. Thanks a lot..I like the app.

2. Didn't waste any time with those massive amount of ads have you...How do I know if a message was successfully sent or failed? I also don't like that u force me to set it as my default messaging app.

4. Update: oh my god the developer doesn't even know a bad review! i hated the product because it's ridiculously riddled with adverts.

1. Fix Messages Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Messages: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Messages App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Messages" » Open Messages - Text Messages + SMS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Messages » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Messages - Text Messages + SMS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Messages servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Messages - Text Messages + SMS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Messages app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Messages might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Messages. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Messages then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Messages not working

2. Fix Messages Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Messages be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Messages not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Messages may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
