Helakuru Lite Customer Insights
1. Very annoying since it make my passwords wrong several times in a row and i couldn't find why.Hi, Is not there a way to change the input language when using a bluetooth physical keyboard? I can not change in to Sinhala when using a physical (bluetooth) keyboard ....Please fix : when I type a message in a chat box and press send, the last word automatically appears.

So can you make this app as rotating appThis is better .. who use only the keyboard fetuses..im using more than 7 months now.. *only one bug i found is when we keep typing .. and put a emoji the last word or letter comes before with the emoji..😁 If you guys can fix that will be perfect ✌️🤟This keyboard is good.
3. Can make better by removing unwanted daily servicesWhen i typed something and start typing something another place, the keyboard pastes the last word or letter i typed in the previous time automatically.
4. This is a real menace in using the app so can you please fix this at the earliest? This happens when using Whatsapp and Telegram but in Viber it works fine.Its a very good app..but i cannot see any of the sinhala typings..or msges..😔Clipboard isn't available with this at all.. it's an essential to me for my work.
5. When chatting using Helakuru lite app, once you finish a sentence in a chat and send it, the last word in the previous sentence repeats at the beginning of the next sentence.
6. my phone is up to date and clipboard is working properly with samsung keyboard😑🙂 and also i've the same bug when using messenger apps, The repetition👎Please keep the app as a lite version.
7. Issue does not happen when the last word is selected from predictions or a space is typed after it.
8. So I can't activate the keyboard because the broken area of my phone doesn't work.
9. But I suggest you to look at the Gboard which is the keyboard of google company and learn more improvements from that keyboard.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Helakuru Lite Issues
1. Fix Helakuru Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Helakuru Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Helakuru Lite App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Helakuru Lite" » Open Helakuru Lite - Keyboard Only » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Helakuru Lite » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Helakuru Lite - Keyboard Only app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Helakuru Lite servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Helakuru Lite - Keyboard Only" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Helakuru Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Helakuru Lite might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Helakuru Lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Helakuru Lite then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Helakuru Lite not working
2. Fix Helakuru Lite Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Helakuru Lite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Helakuru Lite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Helakuru Lite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

2022.07.04, පෙ.ව. 7.58ට හෙළකුරු app එකෙන් 0713135439 SLT Mobitel router ගිණුමට රු.1500.00 ක ගෙවීමක් සිදු කරන ලදී.App එක මඟින් ගෙවීම failed ලෙස සඳහන් විය.Router ගිණුමට ද අදාළ මුදල බැර වී නැත.නමුත් Debit card ගිණුමෙන් රු.1500.00ක ගෙවීම් මුදල ද ඔබ ආයතනයේ අයගාස්තුව වන රු.10.00ක මුදලද අය වී ඇත.මේ පිළිබඳ සොයාබලා අද දවස තුළ ගෙවීම සිදු කරන ලෙස දන්වා සිටිමි.

අද දින උදෑසන 7.58 ට පමණ හෙළකුරු ඇප් එකෙන් SLT බිල්පතක් 0713135439 අංකයට 1500ක මුදලක ගෙවීමක් සිදුකරන ලදි.නමුත් දෝෂයක් බව හෙළකුරු system එක මඟින් දැනුම් දෙන ලදි.එහෙත් මෙම අදාළ මුදල මාගේ debit card ගිණුමෙන් අයවී ඇති බැංකුව විසින් SMS එකක් මඟින් දැනුම් දීමක් කර ඇත. මෙම අදාල මුදල SLT ගිණුමටද බැර වී ද නැත්තනම් අදාළ මුදල ගැන වගකිම හෙළකුරු ඔබ ආයතනය විසින් සොයාබලා අද දවසේ පැය කිහිපයක් තුළ සාධාරණීය කරනය කරනු ඇතැයි මේ තාක්කල් තෑබු විශ්වාසයම තබමි.මන්ද මෙම මුදල වුවද මෙම අවස්ථාවෙහි මහත් සේ වටිනාකමින් යුතුයි.මේ දිනවල දරුවාගේ ඔන්ලයින් පංති පැවැත්වෙන නිසා ඉක්මනින් ගැටළුව විසඳුනු ඇතැයි විශ්වාස කරමි. ඇප් එකෙහි විශ්වාසනීයත්වම/ විනිවිදභාවය පිළිබඳ ගැටළුවක් ලෙස සලකා කටයුතු කරනු ඇතැයි සිතමි. කරුණාකර මෙයට පිළිතුරක් ලබා දෙන්න.
