1. Stream music, video, and photos from JRiver Media Center to your Android.
2. Control playback of JRiver Media Center on your TV. Play to any DLNA device.
3. JRiver Media Center required on the server ($49. 98).
1. I will hapily pay for a good product.Using for very short time in audio only mode (not interested in video) but with excellent results.Perfect as remote to play from desktop installed Jriver Media Centre. Also streaming from PC Jriver to my LG G6+ phone with Quad Dac.Working like a dream. And it's streaming without any problems to chromecast audio devices which I am using total of 4 units around the house.
2. Before to use Gizmo, you have to open the JRiver media on PC, go to Tools, then Options, then Media Network, then select Use Media Network to Share this library and enable DLNA, follow the screen and get the key that you need to put in Gizmo when asked.Too old and can't work well with modern full screen gesture setup.
3. very annoying. It works very nice to control JRiver Media from PC, using the phone or the tablet.
4. It's nice to see album cover at that size but the buttons need to be 3 times larger for easy use.Works well and covers most important features of my favorite program JRiver.
5. Works perfect to play JRiver from my server to my stereo on my Lenovo Android tablet.
6. I use Gizmo primarily as a main system control app and to stream music to my phone and tablet over my home WiFi 6 network.
7. Thanks for this app though, love it!A great app but one small problem, literally, too small... Using a 10 inch Tablet in Landscape mode the controls are too small.
8. It is FREE and Great for its price same as discontinued Chromecast Audio devices which were too good for it's price to stay !Confusing to use for rendering audio from your pc.
9. About the only nits I can pick are that the UI could use a very minor face lift and, as others have mentioned, having one-touch access to the "Now Playing" screen when I'm browsing.Awesome App.
10. constant "communication errors", requiring me to open the phone and hit play after every single song.
11. One star lost because the app really needs to keep a "now playing" ribbon active so you don't have to go all the way back to the main menu to pause a song.
