Why should I report an Issue with NDKmol - molecular viewer?

1. NDKmol supports most of common representations for molecules, such as ribbon, trace, stick, sphere and line.

2. To load other PDB files, please put the file in "PDB" directory of the SD card and select "Open" command in the MENU.

4. NDKmol also supports symmetry operations; biological assemblies and crystal packing can be displayed.

5. You can search and download structures from RCSB PDB and NCBI Pubchem.

1. It looks really cool, but for what ever reason I can't find the UI If I could find the UI the rating would be dramatically higherHow come there is no answer from the developer on the menu issue? I cannot just open up an on-screen keyboard to access a menu function as someone suggested for their tablet.

2. Props to you Dev! There are some minor things (would love an option drawer instead of the option circle and some metal ions wouldn't show up) but very nice overallIts interesting, but not very usable.

3. The UI is strangely hidden, and any molecule I try to download from the PubChem just gives me an error and tells me there is no 3D view of the molecule available.

1. Fix NDKmol Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NDKmol: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NDKmol App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NDKmol" » Open NDKmol - molecular viewer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NDKmol » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NDKmol - molecular viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NDKmol servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NDKmol - molecular viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NDKmol app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NDKmol might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NDKmol. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NDKmol then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NDKmol not working

2. Fix NDKmol Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NDKmol be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NDKmol not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NDKmol may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
