1. A large database of fermentable, hops and yeast, which you can choose to make our craft beer recipes.
2. You can also compare our beer recipe with the parameters of BJCP, in order to assess the correspondence to the style of beer that we want to achieve.
3. In case they were not the raw materials you want to use, you can place custom raw materials, malts, hops, sugar and wheat.
4. With our app of homebrew calculator , you can create, calculate and store your recipes to make homebrew.
5. We also thought of those without large equipment, introducing the concentrated boiling function.
6. The app allows to estimate the necessary data to each Home brewer.
7. It also includes full backup functionality, saving a single recipe, the pdf file saving, and you can share your recipes with beer apps on your device.
1. But all in all I like this app!I like to brew with my tablet instead of my laptop so I use the software over beersmith because of the inventory feature which makes all the difference it allows you to add and create inventory in multiple categories which is immensely time-saving and also I have created a hundred separate items including processes, equipment problems and numbers in the inventory and then add them to the batches as they occurWhen i first dowloaded it, it looked ok.
2. If I could request some additional features, they would be to include a strike water temperature and volume calculator, a decoction calculator, and a hydrometer temperature correction calculator. This is an excellent application and very versatile, though I've noted a small error.
3. I have been unable to find a sparge water temp calculator.
4. This app hasn't been updated for 18 months, none of the bugs have been removed, despite emails to the developers, who seem to have lost interest.
5. It's clunky, not remotely intuitive, page layout is terrible, some sections remain in Italian even though English version installed.
6. Under grain absorbtion and water to grain ratio does it mean qt/lbs because it is shown qt/gal.
7. But now i dowloaded again on a new device and some festures are not available (e.g. selection of beer style).Great 10 brews in just have one question for developers.
8. Plus all that damn complicated math from back in the day, now there is a app for that.Good app for building brew recipes at home or commercially.
9. Adding extracts or sugars in the fermenter rather than in the boil gives a very different calculated OG to the same amount of extract or sugars added to the boil.
10. Update: Fixed in 3.7.6. This is now everything I need to consistently build good and accurate recipes.
11. Thanks!Been out of brewing about 15 years after doing it for about 8 years as a hobby.
