1. Galaxy 21+ runs fine.To be honest a lot of people say that there Toolbox crashes and stuff but it just depends what phone you have, making sure you don't have 600 things running in the background, making sure your phone is up to date, and getting rid of anything slowing down your phone.

2. Adding on to that, if you are making it a weekly subscription, devs need to update the app ASAP, otherwise, people are losing subscription time, and will probably want a refund.

1. Fix Toolbox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Toolbox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Toolbox App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Toolbox" » Open Toolbox for Minecraft: PE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Toolbox » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Toolbox for Minecraft: PE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Toolbox servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Toolbox for Minecraft: PE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Toolbox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Toolbox might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Toolbox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Toolbox then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Toolbox not working

2. Fix Toolbox Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Toolbox be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Toolbox not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Toolbox may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
