1. You can't even find a movie using the search option unless it has a future air date listed!Pros- the app is a good list of upcoming movies and premieres.

2. Most of the movies I've watched recently aren't even listed on the app.I was able to use this app successfully until the update yesterday.

3. Did the forgot password, although I know my password, and still couldn't sign in! I guess I won't be keeping up with their movies anymore.

4. Don't love the fact that movies disappear from the list after they have aired.

5. For those of us that utilize DVR it is very annoying that the movies disappear from the list after they have aired.

6. On the "movies" tab just list all movies instead of breaking them into categories since upcoming movies can be found on that tab.

7. It would make it easier when scheduling my DVR so I know which ones I've set to record and which ones I haven't (new to UpTV so I've got lots of movies to watch).

8. I hoped to check off those I have watched! 1/4... STILL unable to log in to the app.I can no longer sign into the app since the last update.

9. Doesn't even list all the movies.

10. Recommendations- Need a way to filter movies to just the movies you haven't seen.

1. Fix My UPtv Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My UPtv: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My UPtv App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My UPtv" » Open My UPtv » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My UPtv » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My UPtv app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My UPtv servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My UPtv" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My UPtv app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My UPtv might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My UPtv. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My UPtv then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My UPtv not working

2. Fix My UPtv Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My UPtv be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My UPtv not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My UPtv may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
