This automatic turn on seems like a cheap and really annoying way to try and push ads on to the user.I have used this app for years and it has always been reliable, but now since the latest update it turns itself on without me knowing until I lose connection to whatever I was in the middle of, this gets really irritating as it seems to mainly turn on when I unlock/lock my phone or open any apps, which drains the battery from my phone.

1. Restart Super VPN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Super VPN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Super VPN" » Open Super VPN—Hotspot Shield Proxy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Super VPN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Super VPN—Hotspot Shield Proxy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Super VPN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Super VPN—Hotspot Shield Proxy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Super VPN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Super VPN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Super VPN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Super VPN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Super VPN not working

2. Fix Super VPN Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Super VPN be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
