Why should I report an Issue with Video Hider - Photo Vault, Vid?

1. If you look for the vault folder and manually add .mp4 to the file (((BOOM))) there is your video and ready to play by anyone who has access to your device... It does a GREAT JOB downloading videos but do NOT think anything is secure and private.Warning ⚠️ update contains double of ads.

Don't make my mistake, just leave the old version.The app no longer logs out when minimized or when phone is locked so anyone can access it if you forget and leave the app running.Brilliant if you want to hide videos from Public view and strictly private from anyone viewing them.🥰 Great job guys.It's a great app and works well.

3. Great product!The browser works great & video playback is very good! I wish you could search & sort downloaded videos and it would be great if the app would tell you that a video had already been downloaded when you accidentally go to download it again.

4. At the moment you can only share one file at a time from a file explorer to the app and from the app itself you can only import from photo folders on your phone.Up until yesterday I was enjoying my saved videos but last night the video hider stopped working.

5. Yes, the ability to cast from within the app would be good too! But the app works perfectly for me!Edit 8/15/20: Great video downloader and the browser is excellent as well.

6. The video player is pretty good too (the only thing I would want is to be able to lock audio mute so that I didn't accidentally turn on the volume.

7. Finally! A video hider/player that can directly access and play my files on my SD card.

8. the purpose for video and photo vaults is so we can keep our things private.

9. If you could choose the folder, it would make it easier to bulk add files whilst still using SD card storage.

10. This isn't an image (picture) grabber/downloader, but it isn't sold as such ( I use Gallery Vault for that).Only issue I have is, it does not really secure anything.

1. Fix Video Hider Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Hider: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Hider App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Hider" » Open Video Hider - Photo Vault, Vid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Hider » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Hider - Photo Vault, Vid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Hider servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Hider - Photo Vault, Vid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Hider app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Hider might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Hider. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Hider then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Hider not working

2. Fix Video Hider Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Video Hider be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Video Hider not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Video Hider may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
