1. I hate having to select my city from a huge long list every time I want to use a parking spot.
2. Having to enter a credit card when you're trying to get to an appointment is no good, and it's especially no good when it rejects perfectly good credit cards.
3. Just let us type in our zone number, select a car (make a default option to bypass this too) and then pay for selected time.
4. And I'd love to hear a good explanation why you can't enter a credit card when logged in from a computer.
5. Lately the screen has been cutting off the space number spot so I have to click around and hope it let's me select it.

8. Mpls parking app was far more user friendly, faster, and easier.In 2022, the app failed 99.9% of the time.

11. I think something that could make it 100× better is if it auto filled the location part of the zone automatically, instead of us always having to choose what city we are in.
