1. Extending your parking time requires you to tap "extend", then select the amount of time to extend, then tap "confirm" (all good, right?), but the gotcha is: you're still not done.

2. The description states that it's free to use but why is there an additional $0.36 additional up charge for all day parking compared to the pay machine (charging a flat rate) if you walked a few steps to use? The app does not allow you to pin several locations if you want to save in bookmarks.

3. This app is very convenient to ensure your parking space is paid for, and you can add time as needed.

4. Have to manually type in all the info each and every time I want to pay for parking.

5. So, a bit glitchy but still a great tool!The interface is slow and cumbersome, purchasing a parking space requires navigating through at least 4 menus.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Whoosh! Issues

1. Fix Whoosh! Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Whoosh!: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Whoosh! App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Whoosh!" » Open Whoosh! » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Whoosh! » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Whoosh! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Whoosh! servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Whoosh!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Whoosh! app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Whoosh! might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Whoosh!. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Whoosh! then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Whoosh! not working


2. Fix Whoosh! Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Whoosh! be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Whoosh! not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Whoosh! may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
