1. I just got the key for the gate from the front office instead of dealing with this app.I'm here in the Las Vegas garage 455 s 3rd street with an attendant and we both agree the app is not working, which makes this process for uber drivers to park safely in the garage a disaster! Don't advertise something for drivers and on our local news station if the damm process doesn't work!Bluetooth or location does not open the gate! Spins endlessly and never connects.

2. Also, I find it very annoying to have to unlock my phone, open the app, hold my phone out the window in front of the QR code reader which does not work half time.

3. And it's not just me or my phone; I saw other drivers frustrated trying to get in and out of my garage every day.

4. Also had it suddenly need to reauthorize my phone as I was leaving the garage creating a back up.

5. My tablet is not a phone but it does have bluetooth which is what this app says it uses.

6. The NFC works less than 25% of the time so you're forced to try to get the barcode scanned by jamming your phone out your window.

7. There is only a single option - "validate phone" - and on pressing that button it just cycles for ages.

8. I tried many timed to open the entry gate with this app but eveyti8 the app crashes.If I could give it no stars I would.

9. On opening it asks me to validate my phone by sending a text message.

10. I'm a monthly subscriber and my work pays for me to have 24/7 access to the garage.

11. Tried to scan on this morning and it wouldn't let me in, tried to use my I'd card to scan in and it didn't work either.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FlashParking Issues

1. Fix FlashParking Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FlashParking: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FlashParking App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FlashParking" » Open FlashParking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FlashParking » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FlashParking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FlashParking servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FlashParking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FlashParking app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FlashParking might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FlashParking. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FlashParking then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FlashParking not working


2. Fix FlashParking Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FlashParking be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FlashParking not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FlashParking may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
