I just got the key for the gate from the front office instead of dealing with this app.I'm here in the Las Vegas garage 455 s 3rd street with an attendant and we both agree the app is not working, which makes this process for uber drivers to park safely in the garage a disaster! Don't advertise something for drivers and on our local news station if the damm process doesn't work!Bluetooth or location does not open the gate! Spins endlessly and never connects.
2. Also, I find it very annoying to have to unlock my phone, open the app, hold my phone out the window in front of the QR code reader which does not work half time.
3. And it's not just me or my phone; I saw other drivers frustrated trying to get in and out of my garage every day.

5. My tablet is not a phone but it does have bluetooth which is what this app says it uses.
6. The NFC works less than 25% of the time so you're forced to try to get the barcode scanned by jamming your phone out your window.
7. There is only a single option - "validate phone" - and on pressing that button it just cycles for ages.
8. I tried many timed to open the entry gate with this app but eveyti8 the app crashes.If I could give it no stars I would.

11. Tried to scan on this morning and it wouldn't let me in, tried to use my I'd card to scan in and it didn't work either.
